Ingredients
koduhmai maavu - 500 gms
Onion (ballary ) - 1 (large)
Green chilli - 8 nos.
Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - few
Curry leaves - few
Oil as required to fry
Salt to taste
Cooking Method
1, Mix the flour with onion, green chilli, cumin, coriander leaves, and curry leaves ( all cut into small pieces).
2. Heat some oil and add to the flour
3. Also add salt and water to the flour to make into a fine dough.
4. Heat oil in a pan, put the flour as small pieces and fry them well.
Tasty pakkoda is now ready.
Serve the pakoda with coconut chutney for evening snack.
