Ingredients

Basmati Rice - 1 cup

carrot - 3 nos (chopped one)

onion - 2 nos (finely chopped)

beans -4 nos (chopped one)

ghee - 1tsp

curd - 1tsp

Pepper - 2 tsp

salt - as req

Cooking Method

1. Take a cup of rice and make wet for 3 mins

2. Heat a ghee in a pan and add the rice and fry
the rice until it get warmness

3. Add 2 cup of water in a cooker and and 1tsp of
curd and add the rice to be boiled.

4. Take a fry pan add a tsp of ghee and add onion
carrot and beans to fry to remove the raw smell
then add the boiled rice and mix it well and add
salt and pepper .
5. Serve it with any chicken gravys and sauce.
