Ingredients

Egg - 1 no
Tomato - 1 medium size
Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 1 Teaspoon


Cooking Method

1. Add the oil in a pan and heat it. Finely chop the tomato.

2. Once the oil is hot add the chopped tomato and fry it till it is mashed.

3. Add the chilli powder and fry for 1 min.

4. Now add the egg and salt and mince it.

5. Mince the egg till it is finely chopped and cooked.

6. Once the egg is cooked, take it and serve.

* this is an excellent side dish for curd rice, sambar rice, rasam rice.
