Ingredients

raw rice - 500 grams
sugar - 250 grams
banana - 1 (small)
coconut oil - as required

Cooking Method

1. soak the rice in water for half an hour.

2. Then spread the rice on a cloth and let to dry.

3. Grind the dry rice into a fine powder.

4. Mix the rice powder, banana, sugar and water into a dosa flour consistency.

5. Heat coconut oil in a kadai.

6. Pour scoops of the flour in the oil. 4 to 5 paniyaarams can be made at one time.

7. Cook unitl both sides turns brownish.

Approximately 50 paniyaarams can be made with this proportion of rice.
