Ingredients
Rise - 1cup
Split Black Gram - 1/4 cup
Coconut Millk - 2 cup
Sugar /Jaggery - As Required
Gingelly Oil - As Required
Cooking Method
1. Soak Rice and split black gram for few hours and grind it.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the ground batter and mix well.
3. When the batter becomes thick, make it into small balls.
4. Put these balls in the boiling water and cook it.
5. Once the balls are cooked and sugar or jaggery in the water.
6. Then add coconut milk and stop the heat.
7. Delicious Paal Kozhukattai is ready.
