Ingredients
Egg - 1 no
Onion - 1 medium size
Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 1 Teaspoon
Cooking Method
1. Add the oil in a pan and heat it.
2. Once the oil is hot add the chopped onion
and fry it till it is golden brown
3. Add the chilli powder and fry for 1 min.
4. Now add the egg and salt and mince it.
5. Mince the egg till it is finely chopped and cooked.
6. Once the egg is cooked, take it and serve.
* this is an excellent side dish for curd rice, sambar rice, rasam rice.
