Ingredients

Egg - 2 nos
Small Onion - 8 nos
Tomato - 1 piece
Garam Masala Powser - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard - To fry
Split Black Gram - to fry
Coriander Leaves - Few leaves to garnish
Boiled Rice - 4 cups (ordinary rice)


Cooking Method

1. Heat oil in a frying pan.

2. Add mustard seeds and split black gram, wait till it crackles.

3. Add onion and tomato and fry for 2 mins.

4. Add ginger garlic paste.

5. Now break the eggs and add yolks in the pan.

6. Fry it for some time till the egg gets cooked.

7. Mix well.

8. Add the boiled rice and and mixwell.

9. Add garam masala powder and salt and mix for 2mins.

10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Use plain rice, donot use basmati rice or seeraga samba rice.
