Ingredients
8 – BAY LEAVES
1-1/2 CUP – CARDAMOM
1 CUP – CLOVES
1 CUP – CINNAMON
1CUP – CUMIN SEEDS
1/2CUP – CORIANDER SEEDS
1 CUP – BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP – SAFFRON (OPTIONAL)
Cooking Method
1. Warm a hot pan and all the above ingredients.
2. Just roast the ingredients in a very low flame,
so that the ingredients are not fried.
3. When you get a nice mixed smell of all the
roasted ingredients stop the flame.
4. Take the roasted ingredients and grind into
a fine powder.
5. Store it in an air tight container for
future use.
