Ingredients

Chicken 250 gms
Cumin powder 1 table spoon
Pepper powder 1 table spoon
Salt Rrequired amount
Sunflower oil 1 table spoon
Orange color powder ΒΌ teaspoon

Cooking Method

Cut the chicken into big pieces and clean it.

Add cumin powder, pepper powder, colour powder
and the required amount of salt to the chicken
pieces and leave it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.


Heat the oil in a non-stick kadai.

Put the chicken in the hot oil.

Cook on high flame for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.

Close kadai and let the chicken to cook on sim
until the chicken is cooked completely

In about 15 to 20 minutes, tasty, soft chicken
fry will be ready to eat.

Add more oil, if crispiness is desired.
The fry can be cooked without using the orange
colour powder also, and then it will have its
original brownish black colour.
