Wheat Flour Dosai by Manimaran

INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour                    -   3 cups
Rice Flour                       -   1 cup
Cumin Seeds                -   1 tsp
Chilli Powder                 -   1/2 tsp
Salt                                  -   To Taste
Water                              -   As required
Oil                                    -   As required



PREPARATION
1. Mix the wheat flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, chilli powder, salt and water and beat it nicely to
    good batter.

2. Heat the dosa pan.

3. Add oil and spread in the dosa pan.

4. Pour batter and spread as you do like for regular dosai.

5. After few minutes turn it to other side and add oil accordingly.

6. Wheat flour dosai is ready. Good with cocunut chutney.
