Vanjiram Fish Fry by Zareena Beevi

INGREDIENTS
Fish                       -   400 gms
Chilli Powder      -   1 tsp
Salt                        -   To taste
Oil                          -   2 Tsp







PREPARATION
1. Buy Vanjiram fish and cut into thin pieces. 4 - 5 pieces.

2. Marinate with chilli powder, salt and few drops of water.

3. In a large pan and the oil and heat it.

4. Once the pan is hot Add the fish to fry.

5. After 15 - 20 mins turn the fish to other side to fry.

6. After 15 mins delicious fish fry is ready.

7. Can be served with rasam rice or sambar rice.

** You could use King Fish or Salmon in North America and Europe.
