INGREDIENTS |
| Paneer cubes - 1 cup Capsicum (chopped) - 1/2 cup onion - (2 nos)- pasted Tomato puree - 1 cup Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon Curd - 1/2cup Mango Powder - 1 spoon Green chilly - (2) Chopped Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon Jeera powder - 1/2 spoon Garam masala - 1/2 spoon Cashew paste - 1/4 cup Sugar - 1/4 spoon Salt to taste Oil - 3 spoons |

| PREPARATION | |
| 1. Heat oil in a pan, 2. Put onion paste, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree one by one. 3.Once oil get separated put all powders (garam, mango, salt, jeera, sugar, pepper) and green chilly. 4. Then put curd, capsicum, cashew paste etc,. 5. Finally put paneer cubes. 6. Garnish with grated cheese, Salted cashews and coriander leaves. |
