Oats Adai by Thilagavathi Sridhar

INGREDIENTS
Oats                      - 1cup
Atta                        - 1cup
Maida                    - 1/4cup
Green chillies      - 2
Onion                    - 2 finely chopped
Curry leaves         - One Strip 
Salt                        - To taste
Oil                          - As Required


PREPARATION
1. Add all flour in a bowl and add water.

2. Mix like idly flour consistensy.

3. Add chilly, onion, curry leaves.

4. Finally heat tawa pour adai flour roast it and put  
   oil or ghee
