Kambu Dosai by Poovarasi

INGREDIENTS
Kambu                    - 1cup
Parboiled Rice       -  5 teaspoon
Fenugreek              - 1 teaspoon
Split Blackgram     - 2 teaspoon



PREPARATION
1. First soak all the ingredients together for 4 hours

2. Then make grind it to batter add little salt.

3. Set the batter aside for 8 hours.

4. The next day you can make the dosai as usual.

5. This is a very health food.
