| PREPARATION | |
| 1. Peel the garlic skin and crush it slightly. 2. Add 200ml of water and the crushed garlic in a tea pot and boil it for 20 mins in medium heat. 3. After 20 mins add the lemon juice and honey, garlic tea is ready. 4. Garlic tea is very effective for cold and cough. 5. You can drink 3 to 4 times a day. |
