INGREDIENTS |
| 1. Beef / Mutton - 500 gms 2. Sunflower Oil - 50 gms 3. Dry Red Chilli - 3 numbers 4. Large Onion - 3 numbers, Chopped 5. Garlic Cloves - 15 full cloves 6. Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons 7. Turmeric Powder - ¼ teaspoon 8. Salt - To taste |

| PREPARATION | |
| Heat oil in a pan and add the dry red chilli broken into halves. Once the oil changes to reddish yellow colour, add the finely chopped onion and sauté. When the onion turns golden brown add the cleaned meat (Beef or mutton) and stir fry for 5 to 8 minutes. Add the garlic pieces and sauté. Add 2 teaspoons of chilli powder, quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt and sauté. Add the right amount of water (400 ml, approx 2 glass of water) and let the meat to cook. Turn off the heat once the meat is fully cooked and the dish is nice gravy. Note: The number of onions can be increased or reduced depending on whether dry or gravy is desired. Either Beef or Mutton can be used for this recipe. |
