INGREDIENTS
Egg                                           - 3
Onion                                       - 3
Tomato                                    - 2
Garlic                                       - 7 pods
Tamarind                                - small lemon size
Red chilli                                 - 7
Pepper                                    - 1 tsp
Cumin                                     - 1/2 tsp
Coconut                                  - 2 tbsp
Mustard                                   - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek                              - 1/2 tsp
Oil                                             - 3-4 tbsp
Salt                                           - to taste
Curry leaves                           - few

PREPARATION
1. Heat oil in the kadai. Add pepper, cumin, onion red chilies and coconut fry for few minutes.

2. Grind the above mixture into fine paste. 

3. Heat oil in the kadai. Sauté mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves.

4. Add chopped tomatoes fry until the raw smells goes.

5. Now add the grind mixture, garlic and tamarind juice and let it boil well.
 
6. Now add the eggs (don’t stir it) cook for 5 minutes.

7. Garnish with coriander and serve it.
