Crunchy Chicken by Nivedha

INGREDIENTS
Chicken boneless                                -  1/2kg
Bread crumbs                                       - as req
Salt                                                          - as req
Ginger Garlic paste                              - as req
Green chilies chopped                       - as req
Curry and coriander leaves               - 5 Teaspoons
Soya sauce                                           - 1 Teaspoon
ajino moto                                               - 1/4 Teaspoon
Vinegar                                                    - 2 teaspoons
Egg                                                           - 1
Corn flour                                                - as req
PREPARATION
Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. 

Mix green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, soya sauce, ajino motto, 
salt and vinegar.

Marinate the chicken in the above mixture for 3 hours.

After that take a single piece of chicken and dip it in the beaten egg 
and spread it with the bread crumbs.

Fry it in the oil.

Tasty crunchy chicken is ready.
