| Chicken boneless - 1/2kg Bread crumbs - as req Salt - as req Ginger Garlic paste - as req Green chilies chopped - as req Curry and coriander leaves - 5 Teaspoons Soya sauce - 1 Teaspoon ajino moto - 1/4 Teaspoon Vinegar - 2 teaspoons Egg - 1 Corn flour - as req |

| Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Mix green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, soya sauce, ajino motto, salt and vinegar. Marinate the chicken in the above mixture for 3 hours. After that take a single piece of chicken and dip it in the beaten egg and spread it with the bread crumbs. Fry it in the oil. Tasty crunchy chicken is ready. |
