Crispy and Easy Chicken lolly pop by Silver

INGREDIENTS
Chicken lolly pop pieces       -6 
Egg                                           - 1
Red chilly powder                  - 4 tablespoon
Salt                                           - 3 table spoon
Kesari colour powder           - little bit
Ginger garlic paste               - 2 teaspoon
Corn flour                                - 4 teaspoon
Rice flour                                 - 4 teaspoon
Soya sauce                             - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder                   - little bit
Lemon( 1 ) or vinegar           - 1 teaspoon
Oil                                             - 200 gm


PREPARATION
1. Clean the chicken with turmeric powder so that the raw smell goes.

2. Marinate the chicken pieces in a big pan with chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, raw egg, rice flour,  
     corn flour and kesari colour powder. 

3. Keep it in the fridge for a minimum of half an hour.

4. Heal oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces, two at a time.

5. After frying all the pieces with the same oil , put all the fried chicken pieces in the kadai  

6. Now add soya sauce, lemon juice  or vinigear  1 teaspoon and mix well for 2 minutes.

Now crispy ,easy,delicous, chicken lolly pop is ready.
