Ingredients
Grated Coconut - From half
Coconut
Garlic Cloves - 3
Green chillies - 2
Bengal gram -50 gms
mustard seeds - little bit
curry leaves - few
Split Black gram -little bit
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
1. Grind the grated coconut, bengal gram, green chillies, garlic and salt.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
3. Once the mustard seeds sputters, add the curry leaves and split black gram.
4. Once the split black gram turns brown and mix it with the chutney.now kep kadai in gas
stove and switch it on
Easy coconut chutney is now ready. Good to serve with idly or dosa.
