INGREDIENTS
Chicken                                                           -   500 gms
Onion Big                                                        -   1
Tomato                                                            -   1
Ginger Garlic Paste                                      -    2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds                                                 -   1 Tsp
Pepper Seeds                                                -    1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds                                           -    1 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds                                                 -    1 Tsp
Poppy Seeds                                                   -    1 Tsp
Dry Red Chilli                                                  -    4
Turmeric Powder                                            -    1/2 Tsp
Cardamom                                                      -    1
Cinnamon Stick                                              -   1/2 inch stick
Clove                                                                 -    1
Crated Coconut                                               -    4 Tbsp
Curry Leaves                                                    -    Few Leaves
Salt                                                                     -    To Taste
Oil                                                                       -    4 Tsp





PREPARATION
1. Cut chicken into  pieces. Clean with water and marinate with turmeric powder.

2. Cut onion into fine pieces.

3. Cut tomato into small pieces.

4. In a small pan add 1 tsp of oil and heat.

5. Add dry chilli, cumin seeds, pepper, coriander seeds and fry it in low heat till you get the aroma.
    You can also add coriander powder at the end of  roasting, if you donot want to use whole coriander
    seeds.

6. Add poppy seeds, fennel, coconut, chilli powder, cardamom, cinnamon, clove with the fried spices and 
    grind it into fine paste.

7. In a large vessel add 3 tsp of oil and heat it.

8. Add onion and saute till it becomes golden brown.

9. Add ginger garlic paste and sute for 1 to 2 mins.

10. Now add tomato and cook it for 3 mins.

11. Add the marinated chicken and salt and cook it for 5 mins. Do not add water.

12. Now add the ground paste and water, cover the vessel with lid and cook it in medium heat.

13. Once the chicken is cooked to 90% fry the curry leaves in oil and add it with the chicken and cook it for
       5 more mins. Curry leaves gives the final taste of the recipe.

14. Delicious Arupukottai Kozhi Kuzhambu is ready. Good to eat with rice.
